    Unfortunately, we are not accepting any returned items at this time. If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at info@luminoco.com to be offered a replacement free of charge. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.

    Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contact. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.

    We ensure all of our products are subjected to quality assurance to provide the best quality we can. If you are experiencing any blinking, it is commonly due to a lack of power to the lamp. This is in most cases as a result of low battery power, and can be fixed by either:

    • Plugging the lamp in using the included USB cord

    • Getting a new set of 3 x AA batteries

    We recommend using a clean microfibre cloth to carefully wipe the plate after blowing any dust off first.

    Note: Please be as gentle as possible with cleaning as it easy to scratch the plate.

    Our products ship with a protective film on both sides of the plate, this is usually where the scratches have surfaced. Please ensure both protective covers have been removed before checking for scratches or marks. If scratches are found underneath the protective film please immediately email info@luminoco and we will send you a replacement plate free of charge.

    To be eligible for a refund we must be notified before your order is processed and shipped which typically takes 48 hours. If your order arrives defective/damaged or is lost in transit please reach out to us at info@luminoco.com for a replacement free of charge.

    If you received a 'Delivered' notification, but do not see your order, please follow up with your local courier and post office for further information.

    If you have made a mistake, we are more than happy to edit your order if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Kindly email us at info@luminoco.com with your order number so we can help you.

    If you would have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order please contact us with your order number to do so. Please keep in mind, cancellations requests have to be made before the order has been processed which is typically 48 hours.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use our website to track your order.

    Our products are packed in individual and fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. Due to this, some products may arrive at different times.If your order is missing items, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.If you have any concerns, we are always available to help via email at info@luminoco.com

    We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and most of the rest of the world, however some restrictions apply. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

    Shipping is estimated between:

    • 2-3 weeks for USA & UK
    • 2-3 weeks for Europe
    • 3-4 weeks for for Australia, Canada and New Zealand
    • Up to 16 business days for the rest of the world

    Please note this does not include production time.

    Kindly be informed that for orders made during December, we cannot guarantee that your lamp will arrive before Christmas.                                                                                           

    Currently orders may be subject to a delay due to the high volume of orders we are receiving. We also have a very large catalogue of lamp designs and produce most designs on demand to ensure the highest quality possible.

    Production Time

    Please allow up to 3-5 business days for production (8 during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays).

    All of our products are produced "on demand" meaning we only make them when you order. We do this so that we can ensure the highest level of quality control possible. 

    It's important to remember to add production time on top of shipping time.

    Please be patient, things happen out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified times please wait 5 business days and then contact us at info@luminoco.com

    Don't worry, please wait a few more business days or contact us. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one out free of charge.
