Shipping policy

In order for your image to be approved, you must ensure the following:

• Minimum dimension of 1000x1000 pixels

• PNG or JPEG format

• High resolution (no blurry images)

Once we have produced an effect map for your order, we will consult you before we proceed. If you are happy with it, we will proceed to produce your lamp.

If you are sending us fanart or someone's artwork please make sure the artist is fine with this in respect of their work.

Kindly allow up to 2 weeks for the production process as bespoke designs are more complex to produce.

Power Supply

• Each lamp can be powered using the provided USB cable, or 3x AA batteries for portability

• Batteries not included

Size

Each lamp will vary in size depending on the design. Most lamps are approximately 20-25cm (8-10 IN) in height

Colours

The 'Without Remote' variant features the ability to switch between the 7 base colours.

The 'With Remote' variant unlocks the ability to fade/strobe between all 16 colours.

The base colours included are:

• Red

• Yellow

• Blue

• Green

• Cyan

• Purple

• White

Please ensure protective film is removed on both sides before use!

To get the most out of your lamp select the 'With Remote' variant.

Features:

• Effortlessly alter the colour of the lamp from anywhere in the room whilst still having the option to utilise the touch button on the lamp

• 16 unique colours instead of the base 7

• Change the brightness, speed and gradient pattern to tailor to the mood

• Timer which allows the lamp to stay on for a set time period before turning off automatically.

All of our products are produced on demand to provide the highest quality control possible.

For approximate shipping times please allow:

• 2-3 weeks for USA & UK orders
• 2-3 weeks for European orders
• 3-4 weeks for Australia, Canada and New Zealand
• Up to 16 business days for the rest of the world

Please allow 3-5 business days for production (8 during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays) for your product to be produced, packed and shipped. It's important to remember to add production time on top of shipping time.

All of our products are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.
